What is Virtual Try On?

Virtual Try On is an enterprise, API-first product that lets businesses build a shopper-facing virtual try-on into their own app or website. Shoppers see how products look on themselves, inside your platform.

How does it work for my shoppers?

Once you've integrated the Photoroom API, a shopper on your app or website uploads a photo of themselves and via a real-time API call, sees the products they're browsing rendered on themselves - usually taking between 5-15 seconds.

Is Virtual Try On available in the Photoroom apps?

You can try Virtual Model via our AI Fashion Model feature in the webapp, but in order to integrate it into your site, you will need to activate the Photoroom API.

Do I need engineering resources to use it?

The Photoroom API is simple to use and can be integrated using your favourite LLM. However, Photoroom supports onboarding and integration.

How realistic are the results?

Photoroom's AI Fashion Model technology is trained on natural poses, lighting, and fabric textures to render garments on a shopper's custom model realistically, giving them a true sense of the garment.
